Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Postage & Delivery
• All items are carefully packaged and dispatched via a trusted postal or courier service.
• While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held liable for any postal delays, losses, or disruptions once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service.
• Tracking details will be provided when asked, and we recommend selecting a tracked or signed-for service for added peace of mind.
2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
• All bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please ensure all custom details (e.g., colour, size, event date) are correct at the time of ordering. Once production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the delicate and bespoke-specific nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
4. Damage & Breakages
• All items are thoroughly quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
• We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or breakages that occur during transit.
• If you believe an item has been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can advise on the next steps.
5. Rental Terms (if applicable)
• Items hired through our rental service must be returned in the condition they were sent, by the agreed date.
• Late returns or damage may incur additional charges as outlined in your rental agreement.
